Course Overview
The Less Lethal Impact Munitions (37/40mm) training course includes both a classroom and range component.
The classroom segment covers topics such as proper deployment, tactical and medical considerations, criminal and civil liabilities, and legal aspects related to the use of 37/40mm-launched less lethal impact munitions.
The range portion provides an opportunity for participants to demonstrate and/or observe proper deployment of these munitions.
Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion.

Additional Information
Participants will benefit more from the course by bringing a range of impact munitions, including single and multiple-projectile munitions.
Please note, this course is instructional in nature. Black Swan Defense does not sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer firearms or National Firearms Act (NFA) items. The 37/40mm launcher used as an instructional aid during this course is lawfully registered and remains at all times under the possession and control of the instructor.
Any supervised deployment of the launcher is conducted solely as an incidental part of instruction and demonstration, under the direct supervision of the instructor, and does not constitute a sale, lease, rental, loan, or transfer of the device.
Black Swan Defense does not offer ‘range rental’ and no individual may pay to shoot the launcher. Individuals may only pay for professional instruction in less lethal impact munitions, not for access to or use of an NFA regulated item.
